Shipping & Delivery

Shipping can vary depending on how much your order weighs. If shipping changes drastically, we will notify you.

Shipping on oversized items or overweight items like sand, bulk bedding, glass terrariums, and other large items require extra shipping charges. You will be notified of shipping charges by email for approval before your order is processed.

Most supply orders will arrive via Fed Ex ground within 7-10 days.

You may also update or change the personal information A Sqaured Armory has collected by sending an email to info@snakeestate.com. Returns & Replacements

Please include this form completely filled out with any items you return, and read all of the below information before returning items. Thank you.

  • Returns on supplies are issued by request up to 10 days after receiving the items. Please call before shipping any items back. Shipping & handling is not refundable and a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied if you are returning items that are in proper working condition. If you choose "store credit", we will not apply a 10% re-stocking fee at all.
  • Items cannot be returned without original packaging. If you do not have original packaging, please contact the manufacturer of the item, or contact us, and we will provide you with the manufacturer's information.
  • We must receive any defective items first before we can replace them.
  • Books are not returnable for any reason, no exceptions.
  • If it has been longer than 10 days since you received your products, please contact the manufacturer with any malfunctions, or warranty issues. We do not accept returns past 10 days.
  • Any used items may not be returned for any reason. We must be able to re-sell any returned items that are in normal working condition.
